Our Standard Interview Process

We value transparency – this is what you can expect.

Application Review

You applied, or perhaps someone from our team reached out to you. We will review your qualifications against the job description to determine if the position might be a fit.

Talent Screen

You will meet with someone from our Talent Acquisition team. They will tell you more about Junto, get an overview of your experience, answer any questions, and finally, tell you more about the rest of the recruitment process.

Hiring Manager Interview

The hiring manager is the person to whom the position reports. He or she will dive deep into your functional experience, and what you’re looking for in your new role. This is a great opportunity to get to know your potential new teammate.

Case Study

The interview process includes a case study designed to work through questions that are relevant to the position for which you applied. You will not need to present anything, but we will ask you questions about your thought process.

Culture-add Interview

You will meet further members of the Junto team and discuss your ideal work environment. We’re really interested in hearing about your ideas on company culture and what impact you could potentially have.

Offer

If we go through the process and both sides are happy then we will make you an offer, and hopefully, you become part of the Junto team.
