Optimised delivery model
Our session length and cadence are based on the 'BRAC' concept - Basic Rest Activity Cycles. Our session duration is 120 minutes, optimised for BRAC, when attention and focus are heightened and ideal for learning.
Interactive Sessions
Sessions are focused on the application of learning to real-world scenarios. We use a variety of engaging learning activities such as role-play for practicing communication skills. Learning activities primarily take place in breakout rooms of 2-3 peers.
Capstone project
Every learner's needs are different. This is why participants work on their individual leadership challenge through a capstone project to apply learnings directly to their needs.
